I've read about our improvement on the DL and how Heupel's trying to improve our Secondary as proof of so many DBs we are offering.
Recently, I read about our needs in our mid-range pass protection and run defense.
Banks, Beasley & Mitchell seemed to proficient at times last season, but not all the time. I'm not sure if Mitchell was 100% since we heard he was recovering from injury.
I'm leaving off the DE/LBs, so no Tyler Baron, Byron Young, Roman Harrison,
These are the returning LBs from last season. Feel free to add if I've left someone off.

Based on what I observed last season, Banks and Beasley were big for us in run support. However we had issues in mid-range pass protection maybe b/c our LBs were in the wrong position/protection or just simply too slow. Unfortunately, while Banks seemed strong in stopping the run, he would make "bone-head" mistakes getting a personal fouls.
So who can we rely on this fall at LB AND what can Coach B.Jean-Mary do with this group?
Who are we hearing who might be moving up or have the most potential to make an impact? There may not be enough new info to determine this without seeing what the LBs do in the Spring.
Are there an expectation for transfers Michell and Mohan to contribute more?
Should we expect Freshmen Herring and Perry to RS or should they be expected to contribute?
Any updates? I'm including everyone @Brent_Hubbs @Austin_Price @Rob Lewis @Eric_Cain @Ben_McKee .... Thanks gentlemen
