I remember saying, “you guys got a steal, if your dumbass coach can utilize him correctly.” They had a stacked team, so they didn’t have to have him step in immediate with x number of points and PT on his shoulders.
Boston friends were all quick to say “wish we wouldve gotten x, y or z!” (Lots of these dumbasses still think that if you didn’t play at Nova, or another Northern school, you aren’t worth a sh##, even after he got all-everything in college)
Not talking about money….I’m talking about heart, culture, work ethic, drive…intangibles.
They got a solid workhorse, and kudos to Celts for their work too.
