I think it is very fair for him to explore his options and make sure that Tennessee is the absolute best place for him to further his career. Ultimately I think that him knowing that QD or JG will be throwing him the deep ball and not Dobbs will weigh heavier than what type of passing game they show this season, but it would still be a plus (for Tee and for the team in general) to show improvement in that aspect of the game.
He will make the right decision and be a superstar in Knoxville. Heck, if he re-commits to Tennessee the timing will be a lot better and will cause a bigger splash with the other recruits than when he originally committed. Maybe it's all part of Butch's master plan
