Elder was ranked 18th and 39th back to back years which is incredible.
He was consistently our #3 recruiter behind Thig (10th, 40th, 34th, 24th, 43rd) RG (37th, 65th, 28th) Huge drop off after him. You could argue he was our best recruiter. Also special teams did drop off quite a bit as well.
With Strip taking it easy as being alluded too. Strip was Ranked 15th recruiter for us in 2015. Also finished 58 and 137.
Zach Azzani has ranked 87th, 81st, 115th, & 153 last 4 years. (Most receivers coaches are great recruiters but I personally think ZA is a good X&O guy and lacks recruiting ability)
Mahoney has ranked 78, 152, 148
Scott has ranked 168, 84, 134
Martinez has ranked 143, 61, 108
Warren ranked 107 for NC
I do think Wells can be a top 50 recruiter
I think Warren can be a top 75 recruiter
