IF (Big If) Alexis Johnson is reinstated would he be ready to go by fall camp?

I know he's not been working with the team but he'd have the entire summer to get into shape. Any idea if he's been working on his own since he was suspended? Even if he could play 12-15 quality snaps at DT that would be valuable.
