It’s painfully obvious how depleted this roster is with elite talent. Clear gaps at safety, linebacker and the pass rush. Clear deficiencies with OL depth and depth at receiver. Very noticeable lack of speed in a number of spots. Had recruiting handicaps with the investigation cloud hanging over the program and lack of time to build relationships with recruits.
In my opinion, Heupel has proven a ton this season. He just needs to take that next step. His leadership with so many barriers has been impressive. I’m feeling good about the future of this program under him.
