He has excellent marketing skills and loves to be on tv. He has gotten V-Tech on the map essentially just because of himself. Tech is probably the worst job in the ACC but he has top 100 recruits excited to go there.
Make no mistake he is not a great X's and O's guy but his recruiting is strong and he can get those elite players.
