On Jonathan Kongbo… "we had a kid at Penn State named Anthony Zettel. He was a rotational D-end, and we moved him to three-technique, and then he’s the Big Ten Defensive Lineman of the Year in 2014. You transition a guy into a big three-technique who’s explosive and dynamic and all those things, and he might have a bright future."

An interesting comparison, and it would be interesting to see Kongbo in this role at times:
