I'm thinking about both residents and maybe more about small businesses that lease space in a strip mall or similar. Those businesses likely won't have the cash flow to make rent now or in the coming months, and at the same time, you probably couldn't get a new business to move in if you kicked out the current business. I'm curious if you are extending some grace to these businesses (or residents) during this uncertain time. If not, what's your plan to generate revenue from that space?
