There was a thread on tMB the other day about limits for insurance, etc., that got me looking at my current coverages and premiums, etc.
With no obligation after I inquired, Griff offered to look at my current policies, give his thoughts, etc., with no expectation or even mention of giving him my business.
Long story short, the guy is now doing my auto and homeowners insurance, and I couldn’t be happier, and he couldn’t have made the process easier or been more thorough.
As someone who was in the corporate world/account management/sales for almost a decade, his attention to detail, anticipation of needs, and follow through were all magnificent.
I’ll be sticking with him for my home and auto insurance for a long time.
He did not ask me to do this, or even mention it, but I believe he deserves a shout out for the job he’s done.
