If you have a skill for kick or punt returns, you would be foolish not to consider Tennessee.

I don't believe it has been talked about on the board, but HS recruits who believe their ability to return kicks and punts could help get them to the NFL should be looking closely at Tennessee. TN has developed a number of players who have excelled in the return game.
