I come to this board to escape and most of the time it is that, however, on occasion I'm frustrated being here. I'm an executive leader and I understand the pressure top leaders get. I understand I can't complain due to my benefits. But when I see people bash coaches in certain ways, I'm fairly sure these people have never led a thing in their life. They can't decipher lingo or actions. They get ruffled by the prettiest crap. It is sad and frankly quite telling on your lack of intelligence.
