All these places declaring national emergency when they have 1 or 2 people sick is a disgrace and an embarrassment. Example given is cocke county. They have 1 case of covid19 and they declare a national emergency. It's a shameful money grab that these places are doing. We have let this become a circus in some aspects because we are scared of political correctness.
