I'm headed to the home of Golf

5 days of golf in Scotland ... The New Course, the Old Course (life long golfing dream), Dundonald Links, Turnberry Ailsa (Open site in 2009), and Prestwick (site of the very first Open Championship).

hitting the treadmill hard to make sure I'm up for 5 consecutive days of proper golf. Any tips for a first time links golfer?
