1. How does he compare to him as far as a teacher of a system? Is he confusing or easy to follow?
2. How does he manage the plays on third down and when we're close to the goal line.
Personally, I couldn't care less if he can recruit or not. We have other great recruiters. Wins and success bring recruits in too. Our defense is going to be nasty. We need at minimum a solid, EFFICIENT offense that will keep the chains moving. It wouldn't bother me to see them slow the tempo down.
