I have a feeling the city of Chattanooga is going to be unleashed for some reason whether it be political changes with the school system or some other reason. The Nashville area will continue to grow as long as their mass transit system gets figured out. I think our state will surpass the state of Alabama and will be where the state of Louisiana is if not a little better. What do you think?
