when you tell the team in your 1st meeting your system is infallible then you do not believe you need to make adjustments etc.
I am supporter of CBJ and think he has done a very good job getting us back however to take the next step at this level you have to find your opponents weakness and expose it. As bad as I hate to say it like kiffin and other top OC do with their top receiver they always gets him matched against a nickel or LB.
If you look at Thur night we throw to Malone three times (could've been more) one was high and onefor TD and one short gain.
However you had a freshman covering him all night and we never tried to expose that advantage we obviously had.
That is why you never see in game adjustments on offense because he believes the system is what works and does not matter the opponents weaknesses.
