The ACC commissioner came out adamantly opposed to FB playoff expansion. What I found most strange about that stance is with Clemson showing real signs of reverting to its historical mediocre level of FB performance without a subsidized guaranteed Power 5 slot for the ACC made available thru playoff expansion the ACC could very well be persona non grata in the current playoff format.
