Interesting ruling in Baylor sexual assault conviction appeal (maybe pertains to AJ Johnson)

I'll let the lawyers on here explain whether or not this could help AJ Johnson but the conviction of the Baylor player, Sam Ukwuachu, was overturned on appeal because of the exclusion of text messages from the alleged victim. Here's the article:
