If they're concerned about having advance warning, then why did they show up at noon and begin their investigation and then show up 6 hours later with a search warrant. Shouldn't you have the search warrant before "alerting" the suspects that they were being investigated? I'm no lawyer, but if AJ and Williams hadn't heard anything from anyone till the cops showed up at noon, they still had 5-6 hours to get their stories straight and get rid of evidence before the cops came back with the search warrant. JMO
