Is anyone else shocked 4-star Cordarrian Richarson fell so far that ...

he signed with UCF. I was a little surprised he dropped so far considering he ran out of a multiple offense at Trezvant. He ran from the 'I-formation' as well as the 'Spread formation'. He didn't appear to have a burst of speed, but he cut fairly well and was still rated a 4 star. Watching h.s. films, Etienne appears to be a better Back than Richardson.
