I saw that as a junior, he ran the 100m faster at the GA state track meet than some highly recruited DB/WR types, including UGA corner Mecole Hardman. His 100m PR is 10.68 seconds, and he hasn't run his senior track season yet. For comparison, high school PR's of:

At 6'3" 215, is he really set up for DE, or is he going to be a LB/safety for us? He seems to have a ridiculous amount of speed for a DE.
