@BoogieBentley brought up something I hadn't thought about with the position move of Cameron Miller.
Maybe CM is just eager to play and get on the field because we have other experienced WRs who will start this fall. I hadn't heard CM was also a good DB, but he was rumored to be a talented Receiver and definitely made our WR class look much better.
