Is it crazy to ask: What would TN have to do to compete for the #1 Class?

(using Composite Rankings) - The average #1 Class is around 4-5 Five Star Recruits and 15-18 Four Star Recruits. The Vols have two 5* now and maybe a shot (outside) at Mondon and Mims? It’s very early, and Ohio State is already sitting on 3 Five Star and 12 Four Star Recruits, but if you aren’t going to ask about it this week, when to you ask?

So, what would have to happen for TN to get there?
