Is it just me that is cautiously optimistic about the defense?

No way will this unit be top half. But I think front 7 can be good and safeties can be serviceable. Obviously, CBs are probably weakest point in the team. But after last two years of atrocious defense, for some reason I have hope this unit can be OK. Granted, I'll be happy with six wins so my bar is low as hell.
