Is rushing defense the #1 key to winning the East?

I think offensively we will be fine, regardless of QB.
We should be OK in the secondary with the addition of Wiggins and emergence of Martin.

The big unknown is the health of KM and Tuttle, and developing depth along the defensive interior.
