Is there a better opportunity in the country than TN at RB?

The Vols will have basically their entire OL back next year, all of their WRs, a new QB, and almost no depth at RB (I like Kelly and Fils-Aime, but neither should get many carries this year). It is a perfect opportunity to have a chance to start day 1 and be productive.

I'm not sure how the Vols don't sign at least one Top 5 RB in this class.
