Back in the day it seemed they were only on Saturdays. Then it seemed like Thursday night games were introduced mainly for the lower level teams to get some exposure. Now it seems like those lower level teams have been moved to other nights like Wednesdays and so forth while more tradition-rich but down programs like Tennessee get the Thursday night games.
