Is UF's recruiting class underrated this year and years past as well or just ours?

Love the continual spin that takes place to justify our terrible recruiting this year.

Now, we have a bunch of underrated guys while at the same time UF is on the decline because their recruiting is down, but it is different because those guys aren't underrated, they are just bad.
