Is WR a position of need in this class?

I'm not saying that we didn't want or need Tee Higgins. That one stings regardless. But with that said, I look at the position he plays, and I'm not sure that on the field it's such a travesty.

Barring injury and attrition we could have the following WRs in 2017:
Malone (Senior), Smith (Senior), George (Senior), Williams (Junior), Jennings (Junior), Callaway (Sophomore), Byrd (Sophomore), Johnson (Sophomore), Williams (Sophomore), Perry (Sophomore), Jones (Freshman), Fant (Freshman)

Scoring a game changer at running back and OL is far more important that getting Tee IMO. I'd like to have Tee plus game changers at these positions, but I'll take game changers elsewhere.
