The American Patriot

and

The Eagle (i know it's not bald, close enough)

after witnessing 1st hand this year, a bunch of over paid men who spent far too much time on their knees during the showing of colors and playing our national anthem, The hardest fall was the Jags/ I cannot lie, i personally felt some satisfaction as i recall them all locked arm to arm in front of a sell out crowd in London earlier this year. Many of us in America considered these actions a complete disrespect of their country and for those that died for their freedom.

In my opinion, this disrespect was taken to an all new level when in unison the team arm locked together took a knee during our anthem and then stood with their hands over their hearts as God Save the Queen belted through out the stadium. The Monarch Govt..

I am far from a Patriot's fan, but i was very happy they lost in the fashion they did yesterday. The Jags played harder and deserved the win. But they lost.. and did so in the most demoralizing way possible. To be that close to the big prize, only to watch it slip away in the final minutes. Heartbreaking.. yes..

We live in the greatest country this world has ever seen. Even though many see it as a unfair, mean and a very racial country. We are still truly a free society. Free to voice once's opinions and protest even the most sacred of times. Free to make what you will of it.. America.. The land of the Free!
