VT played an unranked Arkansas a 6-6 USC played a 10-2 USF. What if the SEC had to play on paper evenly ranked teams like everyone else? Ironically we play an unranked team but the rest of the conference other than Alabama plays teams ahead of them.
It seems that the SEC always has to play higher ranked teams and teams with better records in bowls
