When we have a true breakout season, win the East, and possibly go after the SEC crown. We're just having too many injuries now and the season hasn't even starteed yet. This happens some years, while some years are relatively unaffected by them. Dobbs will be a senior and will have what may be our best WR corps at his disposal. Dormady will have a full year under his belt as well. We'll have much better RB depth. All of these true freshmen offensive linemen will be even stronger and battle-tested. It's going to be great seeing more talent thrown into the mix behind them for depth, too. The defense is going to be nasty. It'll be great having Gaulden back to decapitate people too.
Am I saying this year is a throw away? No. I'm saying we're getting saddled with injuries when we're just too thin and inexperienced in many areas.
I see 8 wins and a bowl trip again this year (I originally predicted 8 total, but I may have to reduce it by a game if these injuries keep mounting during the year). I'm going to boost my original prediction for 2016 to 11 total wins instead of 10.
