So the year was 1998 and I was 12 years and 1 day old. My grandfather came into Aiken, SC from Chattanooga to watch the game with me (VFL), my dad (VFL), my dad's OS (neutral), and a couple of my dad's customers (die hard Dawg Fans). We had a limousine, made the trip to Athens, and with the crowd we had I am pretty sure I hit puberty on this trip. Looking back there was some serious talent pulled into that limo.

Any who, Georgia had just beaten the hell out of LSU and Karl was very worried about the game (shocking I know). Not going to focus too much on the game because we all know how it ended but instead a couple of memories.

The ticket situation had me watching the game with my grandfather in the upper deck and my dad sitting with the others basically working. About half way through the first quarter I look at my grandpa and say "I smell bourbon". He taps me on the leg and gives me the "keep your mouth shut" look. Georgia fans start discussing in the row behind how a 12 year old knows what bourbon smells like. My grandpa partially embarrassed is laughing his ass off. I turn around look at the Dawg fans and say "Go Vols". My grandfather reminds me that I'm on the road and says "you are your Dad's son".

Me, my grandpa, my dad, and my dad's OS are the only ones that make it back to the limo. Dawg fan customers gone. It had been assigned to me by my dad's OS that if I saw a girl who I thought was good looking to point them out. So on the way back we are in a gas station still on campus and I point out these two fine ass Dawg girls. My dad's OS with zero hesitation had them in the limo. We drove them around for a little and that was that. He was probably cock blocked by a 12 year old.

It was awesome and I will never forget that game or that season.
