So I'm grilling ribs this evening on a gas grill (because I'm a Mainboard poor). In the past I've done ribs for 7+ hours on my dad's Green Egg, but since I got a grill for my birthday earlier this summer I'm finally giving ribs a whirl.

What sort of suggestions do the GQ pit-masters have for a young grasshopper? Slow and low has historically been my method, but since I didn't throw these on till after I got home from work and I only have 3 beers in the fridge left, my ribs tonight are going to have to be done quickly. With that said, for future reference, what are your recommendations?
