Yep, I've stated repeatedly that Jalen wasn't meant for this offense but that I appreciated his grind and his will to succeed regardless. That I believed in the kid and that while coming to UT wasn't in his best personal interest he still wanted to be a Vol and that was good enough. Even stated it was time for him to move on to the NFL after this year that he'd done as much as he could do as a Vol. Even had alot of likes from his family members in my defense of him.
Apparently it was all BS. Generally I'm going to defend the kids, it's just to easy to throw them under the bus because they are "what we see"...and as a coaches son, I know what all goes on behind the scene's. And yes I don't always buy Butch's BS either, far from it.
