It tells me that there is a LOT of doubt about his dad staying as the HC at USCe and he doesn't want to get caught up in that mess.

Personally with their schedule next year at USCe I can see them losing at LEAST 7-8 games.
I will guarantee you that they will lose at least 4 of their first 6 games. It is a gasoline soaked tinderbox just waiting for someone to strike a match and Muschamp will be fired. In fact I will make the prediction now that he will be fired during or after next season. It may take getting stomped at home to Clemson to seal the deal but USCe will be having to hire a new HC next year.
