If he does not get hurt against Auburn, does he become the all time leading rusher in UT history? I think he wins a Heisman. Jamal Lewis was one of the best RB's to play for the Vols ever. The only other player that had a chance to equal his impact was Lamarcus Coker. Coker could have been a superstar. Still to this day, when a RB finds a hole and runs, I think "Coker would have scored". If you go back and look at the rankings, Jamal Lewis was the top ranked FB in his class. Jasper Sanks was the higher ranked player at RB. At the NFL combine, Lewis showed out. He ran a sub 4.4 and many teams became interested. When he was drafted by the Ravens, he won a Superbowl ring and later on, ran for 2000 yards in a season. Jamal Lewis is the best RB talent wise to ever play for UT. I remember Jabari Davis{a highly ranked RB from Georgia} being compared to Lewis. He was no where near as fast as Jamal but was a decent back. A 5'11 230 pound back that runs a 4.4 or better is awesome. I hear he is a part of a lawsuit against the NFL in regards to concussions. I wish the best for him.
