This is a stretch, but I think there could be a slight bit to it.
Extrapolating solely from the amount of bulk that he's put on this off-season, and seeing that thread from today with the simple 6 seconds, it seems possible to me that with this being a "Contract Year" for him, the amount of work he's been putting in this offseason may be considerably higher than it has been previously.
He is NOT going to make a Burrow-like leap in productivity, as that was other-worldly, but even just a few incremental improvements could go a long, long way to making him a completely different QB.
Not expecting All-SEC from him, but I do think he will run away with the starting QB job for 2020, and that's not to slight the other guys, but being a 5th year senior in a "contract year" is not something to discount. Don't forget what Chaney got done with Crompton in '09.
