I know this has already been discussed, but I have one last question. According to the sanctions TAMU can’t recruit the high school of the prospect for the 19-20, 20-21, or 21-22 years... does this mean graham can’t recruit this school as well? Or is that an institutional ban? Can UT recruit there and just not send him? Anybody got some clarity on this part of it
