Looks like they're going to retain him, but if Detroit's coach is on the hot seat, does that make JBC a possibility at OC or would he be readily snapped up by another NFL team? If we were to hire him, I think Peyton would go above and beyond in ensuring his success here in terms of time spent on campus, interaction with recruits, consultation with coaches, camps, etc.
Full disclosure, I think this is highly unlikely b/c Butch seems unwilling to move away from his system and I'm not sure he should with our recent production.
