best recruiter. I feel this hire is all about recruiting so does this order look right? Also added a bonus question on each candidate about biggest strength as a recruiter?

1. Kitchings- familiarity with North Carolina high schools

2. Weinke- familiarity with IMG

3. Osovet- familiarity with other Juco coaches

4. Prospt- familiarity with Georgia and Alabama high schools.
