Anyone that knows anything about Pilot Flying J and has connections inside the company can tell you straight up....the decisions Jimmy has spearheaded around leadership positions has destroyed the culture that Big Jim built at that place.
It's so bad they finally had to hire an outside firm and invest over the next five years with focus on how to improve culture and customer service....
The root cause has been terrible people in leadership positions.
They literally hired a CEO that they had to fire in 6 months and that was just the beginning....
If this was Jimmys choice....the odds aren't in our favor unfortunately
