A man from Knoxville is sent to hell. The devil decides that's he's really been an a**hole, so he gets put in the hottest room. However, this doesn't phase the man, who proclaims "This is nothing like the summers in Knoxville!" The devil turns up the heat repeatedly, but the man isn't even uncomfortable. Eventually, the devil decides to turn down the heat and to subjugate the man to the coldest temperatures ever. As the temperature drops, the man becomes more and more uncomfortable. Eventually, ice starts appearing. It's at this point the man starts jumping up and down, singing Rocky Top with joy. The devil can't make out what the man is saying in his hillfolk accent, so he enters the room. The man grabs the devil by the shoulders and yells "They've won! Hell has frozen over! The Vols have beaten the Gators!"
