Jones and the Refs

I think we got the bad end of the deal, but I also thought that after his first couple of tirades he and the team lost focus. Every timeout or play stoppage he was on top of the refs and not with the team. If the coach thinks it is the refs fault, what attitude does that transfer to the team.
