Sorry, if Germans, but I have read conflicting info on different boards, so here is the current situation per Gov. De Santis.
Beaches are available for walking, fishing,surfing, personal chairs/umbrellas no beach vendors or sunbathing (using a towel or blanket).
My beautiful Miramar Beach condo, cannot yet be rented as DeSantis ruled only hotels/motels/time shares can be rented....otherwords he is choosing winners & losers.
The Panhandle Beach accomodations are Not hi-rise condos, but a huge assortment of condos, houses, & townhouse rentals mostly of private ownership.
The May thru early Aug provideupwards to 50-60% of my annual rentals, but we as small renters don't have the voice, lobbying ability of the hospitality big guys have, unfortunate.
