First time watching the Vols in person this year. Nothing earth shattering, but wanted to share a few thuoghts:
1. Donnie Tyndall coaches his a$$ off the entire game and seems to work the officials well. Seemed like quite a few calls went against us in the 1st hafl, and we got a few calls we shouldn't have in the 2nd half.
2. It will be really fun to watch this team when we have a legitimate big man and can run all of our offense
3. This team plays harder than I realized by watching on TV. There is no give up or quit in this team.
4. I love the out of bounds plays we get coming out of timeouts. I couldn't believe how open Hubbs was on the last 3 attempt.
5. Hubbs had 12 in the 1st half and a 3 early in the 2nd half and that was it for him. Took it to the hole a few more times but forced it a couple of times.
Looking forward to Saturday and getting the win against the Barn.
