Just pulled the first brisket I’ve cooked in over a decade

Probably closer to 15 years... Marinated it in beef broth, rubbed liberally with Simply Amazing Cash Cow... Turned out nice and moist... But good grief that was a long cook! Threw it on the pellet cooker last night after midnight, cooked 17 hours... The stall was a legit 6-7 hours!
