Correct me if I'm wrong, but my understanding is that Larry Scott is the lead recruiter in the VA area. My understanding is while the Gaddys were recruited primarily by Strip, it's Scott's job to lay down the strategy up there. So if Jordan Williams commits to the Vols as rumored, that's:
