More b.s. coming from the Title IX nonsense getting shot down left and right. Guess what? If the KPD doesn't find reasonable evidence to charge someone with rape or sexual assault, they can't successfully sue UT for it or include it as part of the "culture problem" whether it's in the lawsuit or just used as propaganda in the media.
